The uplifting, powerful track combines a foot-stomping, epic melody and anthemic chorus with The Beach’s unique tones to showcase what is set to be the new distinctive voice in British music.

The Beach said of the track: “Geronimo is a feel good song about being in a bad situation, and then someone or something comes along and helps you rise above it. The song stands for taking a leap of faith.”

After relentlessly playing at open mic nights for the last two years The Beach, known to his friends as George Morgan, took matters into his own hands to stand out from the crowd. One call to top UK vlogger Jack Harries and he was boarding a jet to LA to record a video for YouTube which led to his discovery.

Since signing to RCA last year he’s been developing his sound and putting out a number of tracks including ‘Thieves’, ‘Maybe’, and ‘From Above’ – which have so far had over 4 million plays on Spotify. He’s supported James Bay, Tom Odell and Kodaline, along with his own sold out shows at Electrowerkz and a 4-week residency at The Social.

The Beach is a musical project unlike most. Recording in a cupboard-sized studio in a Clapham high rise block, he locked himself away from the outside world with his producer Max Hosinger, an ex-next door neighbour. With little outside musical influence, The Beach has produced music that is endlessly fascinating.
