Welsh pop duo Dusky Grey release their brand new single ‘A Little Bit’ on July 13th through East West / Warner Music. This effervescent earworm about unconditional love is the ideal song to soundtrack this summer.
Speaking about their new single they explain, “We wrote A Little Bit about loving someone unconditionally and not thinking about the repercussions or what anyone else thinks. It’s just about doing what you want to do, spreading love and loving who you want to love.”
Dusky Grey teamed up with rising actor and social influencer Amelia Gething to create an incredibly energetic and fun-filled video for the track. Watch the video for ‘A Little Bit’ here – https://lnk.to/ALBVideo
19 year-old, London born, actress Amelia Gething is the UK’s biggest female star on Musical.ly with over 5 million followers. Amelia played herself in award winning Channel 4 drama Hollyoaks, a first for a social media star to appear as herself in a mainstream soap.
“Working with Amelia was such a lovely experience. From watching her videos, we could tell she was kind and unapologetically herself – she was exactly that when we met her. It’s important to us that any thing we do, we are having fun and she definitely made this happen when starring in the video” – Dusky Grey.
Amelia adds, “I had so much fun working with the band, the song is fantastic and I’m excited to see everyone’s reactions to the song and video!”
‘A Little Bit’ is the follow-up to their infectious single ‘Joy Ride’ which was crowned BBC Radio 1 ‘Best New Pop’. 2017 kick started an incredible 18-months for Catrin Hopkins and Gethin Williams aka Dusky Grey which included racking up over 22 million streams across their singles ‘Told Me’, ‘Call Me Over’ and ‘Joy Ride’.
