  • Maximum of 10 participants per cohort
  • £167+VAT x 3 monthly instalments (£499+VAT total)

Online Interactive Group Workshops

1. YOU ARE YOUR OWN BOSS

In this workshop, we’ll discuss how the music business actually works and how you can generate income in order to build a career. Topics covered include Assets, Revenue Streams, Payments, Contracts & Finances.

2. BUILDING YOUR FANBASE: THE BASICS

In this workshop, we’ll discuss the fundamental principles of building fanbases and explore the key elements you need to succeed. Topics covered include the different approaches, marketing principles, and the tools to help you.

3. BUILDING YOUR FANBASE: MAXIMISING RELEASES

In this workshop, we’ll discuss the various tactical options, tools & techniques to maximise your releases to access audiences and convert them into fans. Topics covered include building campaigns, playlisting, promotions, advertising and explore the mix of DIY, label and agency options.

4. ENHANCING CREATIVITY

In this workshop you’ll learn what creativity actually is, how to enhance it, and how to avoid the pitfalls of the creative process. Topics covered include individual creativity, navigating the blocks & barriers, and understanding society.

5. WORKING WITH LABELS

This workshop gives artists the understanding & tools to deliver the best chance of a successful relationship with a label. Topics covered include understanding what labels are all about, how they work, how the relationships work & how you can get the best out of them.

6. SUSTAINING YOUR CAREER

To build a long term career in the music industry, you need to look after yourself. Based on the High Performance Pyramid, you’ll learn how to take care of your physical, emotional, mental & spiritual health to achieve ​focus, & maintain peak performance.
