In a world where exposure, creativity, knowledge, resilience and self-belief are the key building blocks to success, the team at Charmfactory are focussed on arming artists and contributors across the music industry with the support, knowledge and skills they need to fly.

For two decades, Charmfactory has etched its mark through creative campaigns across a truly diverse roster, from indie triumphs to pop royalty, dance legends, and contemporary soul pioneers, our journey has been a dynamic tapestry of collaborations.

Now, founder Sarah Thompson is partnering with seasoned entertainment industry executives Jeremy Scott and Rob Cannon to offer new & existing artists & labels coaching, mentoring, talent incubation workshops and social media training, as well as expanded PR & Marketing services.

Charmfactory is also proud to partner with leadership & training experts The Change Academy to offer Leadership Development programmes specifically designed for companies and executives in the music industry.

Charmfactory MD Sarah Thompson said: “Since day one, I’ve not only been running successful music campaigns, but also nurturing talent as an advisor and mentor for artists and colleagues alike. I’m excited to be partnering with Jeremy, Rob and the team to expand on this with new offerings that sincerely mirror our passion for connecting with music at its core.”

Co-MD Jeremy Scott adds “Collectively we’ve spent decades working with the most incredible talent, and this is an amazing opportunity to help develop the next generation of artists and those wanting to forge a career in the industry that we love so much”

The introduction of the Emerging Talent Scholarships, which provide two artists with free access to 12 months of coaching, mentoring and the 3 talent incubator workshops is a poignant addition, as Rob Cannon outlines:

“Our Emerging Talent Scholarships embody a belief in the untapped potential of rising artists and affirm Charmfactory’s enduring commitment to nurturing the voices that will shape the future of music. The opportunity to help bolster the next generation with confidence, resilience & creativity is both exciting and hugely rewarding”

Artists wishing to apply for the scholarships should email talent@charmfactory.co.uk by Friday 23rd February 2024, outlining what this opportunity means to them and providing links to their work.
