Charmfactory is offering 2 artists an Emerging Talent Scholarship, which provides them with free access to a year of monthly one to one coaching & mentoring sessions, and full access to the Talent Incubator Programme (details below).
Charmfactory has worked with an incredible roster of artists over that last 25 years. Known for its truly diverse roster having worked with numerous indie success stories from The Strokes to Arcade Fire, pop royalty such as Grace Jones, Little Boots and Duran Duran, legendary dance acts Faithless, Fatboy Slim and Groove Armada as well as contemporary soul pioneers Raye, Rag n Bone Man and Jordan Mackampa. Charmfactory has also run successful press campaigns for dub, reggae outfit Fat Freddy’s Drop, multiple singer songwriters including Joy Crookes, Agnes Obel, Nick Cave, Belle & Sebastian and electronic innovators Alan Braxe and Jamie Lidell to name but a few. The agency also works with truly DIY artists right at the start of their career, from makeshift bedroom recording studios to alumni from well-known music colleges such as BIMM and The BRIT School.
COACHING

Our one to one transformational coaching programmes, delivered by accredited and experienced coaches Rob Cannon and Sarah Partridge, provide artists and industry executives with a safe and confidential environment to discuss challenges, overcome creative blocks, maximise opportunities, and get clarity on future direction.
Coaching is an incredible resource to support rapid development of confidence and resilience in both work and life.
MENTORING
Run by Charmfactory founder Sarah Thompson, our emerging artist mentoring delivers on our passion to nurture future generations of musicians.
Developed from years of music industry experience and insight, our mentoring programme can be tailored to fit your needs as an up and coming artist.
Sarah can guide you through the potential challenges and pitfalls of digital marketing, social media, distribution, networking, playing live, and record labels, publishers, managers and anyone in between.
TALENT INCUBATOR PROGRAMME
Our Talent Incubator Programme is designed to give new and emerging artists the knowledge and tools to get a foothold in the industry. The full programme consists of 3×3 hour online group workshops with 3×1 hour follow up one to one online support sessions. Workshops can also be booked individually.
