Animal House are an Australian garage pop-rock band, currently based in Brighton, England, and today sees them reveal their new single ‘English Girls’.

The single premiered on Clash, but you can also stream it below.
Since moving to the UK, the infectious indie rockers have appeared on MTV and BBC Introducing, been tipped by NME, Clash and DIY, played festivals including The Great Escape and DRILL, been on a UK, and supported acts like Drenge, Courtney Barnett and The Preachers.
The Aussie band are now set to release their latest single, English Girls, on the 6th November.
A bright, bold rock track with an irresistible hook, ‘English Girls’ is a series of backhanded compliments and cheeky stabs at the ladies of the UK. Energetic guitar riffs and tongue-in-cheek lyrics evoke the endless optimism of boys in a band, and there’s even a nod to nineties indie with some anthemic lad shouting. Cheeky, transparent and entertaining, ‘English Girls’ is their catchiest number to date.
